Attached is our credit application and we thank you for your interest in Yandle-Witherspoon Supply, Inc. The application is designed to help us determine the credit worthiness of the applicant. We make a thorough and careful credit investigation of the business as well as its owners/officers. For these reasons we ask that you fully complete the application front and back. This information includes the social security number and home address of the owners/officers which will allow us to obtain information through the credit bureau. Many applicants are reluctant to write their social security number on the application in fear that someone other than Yandle-Witherspoon may see it. This is understandable and you may call the credit manager with this information if you wish. Any credit extended is on an unsecured basis. We do not file any liens or Uniform Commercial Code financing statements against your company for materials or equipment once an account is established. Yandle-Witherspoon Supply, Inc. does require the Unconditional Guaranty of the principle owners or officers listed on the application form. The guaranty represents a commitment by the owners or officers to repay any obligation incurred at Yandle-Witherspoon should the business fail to do so. Failure to provide any of the information requested will delay the application process. Additionally it may result in the denial of credit, a credit limit below the amount requested by the applicant or the return of the application with a request for the missing information.
